Let me begin by saying, I typically don’t write reviews but in this case, I felt compelled to. I’ve recently began collecting watches and needed a place to store them. I turned to Amazon like everyone else does for when they need things. Eventually, I came to this product and was immediately impressed by how it looked online so I ordered one. When I received it and opened it, it was packaged nicely and the box looked exactly like it did in the photos. After a day of using it, I decided to remove the divider for storage of other stuff. When I did this, I noticed that one of the pillows was beginning to fray only after a couple of days of use. I emailed Support and they got back to me quickly and said they would gladly ship me a couple of pillows. After a day, I also noticed that the divider was beginning to peel off. So I emailed them again and this time they got back to me and offered me another another box. I rarely have such a wonderful experience with any company let alone their customer service the new box that I received is absolutely perfect so the issues were likely isolated to the previous one. I can’t recommend this company or this box enough.

I pulled the trigger on this case for my G-Shock collection after eyeing it for awhile. I was torn between the military green and the black, I got the black. My largest concern with getting this case was that it would be on the cheapo side as far as materials and build were concerned. It is not, the plastic used is a very high grade military plastic that is higher quality and tougher than products from Pelican Case. If the leather in this case is faux, it's really high grade. Buckles are also very hefty and secure. Overall, there is nothing cheap about the case. I'm very happy with this case, but still not sure if I would have rather had the green.

I purchased this for my small collection as having individual boxes is a little annoying after a while. The quality of the box is really nice. It has a great weight to it. The interior is pretty nice as well, and I like that it has the removable section if your collection is smaller like mine. I'm not sure how the material/pillows will be over time, but they seem pretty durable to me. One thing that was a bit strange to me is that each section has a little plastic riser underneath the pillow. I'm not sure if the intention of this is to save money on materials by taking up space? Not a major deal but it doesn't really match the other parts of the build quality and seems out of place.My only complaint so far (and star deduction) is the bottom drawer feels a bit cheap as it just slides in without any rails. It feels really cheap because of that when you use it - and if you pull it out too far it will just fall out.Overall, I am happy with the purchase.
