Took a minute to arrive, but they are very sturdy, beautiful, and have a much bigger seat area than my rickety ones that were the same price, which makes you feel more stable when sitting on them. The padded seats are very comfortable. Even the cat loves it.

These barstools are beautiful, easy to assemble, and comfortable. The color is amazing and fit perfectly with my living room with white wall. Exactly what I am looking for ! Worth the price!

Looks good in my bathroom and useful when needed

These are absolutely perfect for our counter. The ones the previous owner left are huge, dated, and very heavy. Our space is limited between the counter and dining set. These new stools eliminate that issue. They're comfortable and seem well-made and sturdy. We don't sit at the counter often, but they'll come in very handy when we have company. The cushion is a good depth. The material was a surprise as I was expecting clothes, but it's more feax leather. It's nice, though, and for grandkids, will be great! The pictures show limited space, as well as what we had prior! Great improvement!

These particular stools are beautiful!! Classy, sturdy, easy to put together even with no wording in the instructions. Well made! Love it so much.I will say that I ordered a pack of 3 and only 2 arrived at first and no notification or indication that the third stool was coming separately and with a different tracking number. Had I not contacted the seller I wouldn’t have had a clue.

I purchased the set of 3 stools. It was delivered in two packages as explained when ordered. Packages arrived intact, no problems. I thoroughly looked over each piece before we started to assemble. Everything looked ok. Apparently, on the third stool we noticed the hardware in part C had fallen out. We tried so many ways to fix it to no avail. I contacted Amazon who asked me to contact the seller directly which I did. The seller responded quickly asking me explain the problem and to send pictures. After reviewing my explanation and photos, the Seller said that they’d replace that part/piece of stool. I receive it within a day or two. Our set of three is now complete. Yes, we love the stools. They are sturdy, comfortable and well made. However, we were much more amazed and impressed with the Seller’s speedy response in helping a customer. Again, thank you for making our experience with your company both stress-free and gratifying.Only thing is that the price has gone down $16 a few days after I purchased the set.

Black finish included gouges, scrapes, and chips. Some deep into the wood. After checking the listing and finding this item has to be returned by the buyer paying to ship it all the way to China (it’s heavy), we did what we could to cover up the blemishes with a black Sharpie. Then things got much worse when we attempted to assemble it. Out of the 12 screws, 4 of 3 different types of screws, 6 screws couldn’t work because the holes were too big. The screws will not tighten and simply fall out. Also, even if the screws had worked, the wood bracing pieces are not cut right and leave gaps between the legs and the brace sides. This product suffers from a total lack of quality control. Tried calling the customer support number provided, but only get a recorded message that the mailbox is full and no message can be left. DO NOT BUY THIS STOOL. You will lose your money and be stuck with something even Goodwill won’t accept.

The style of the stools are beautiful and very comfortable to sit on but unfortunately there were a few issues. They came in two packages which was fine but unfortunately it seems one package had had been opened before and returned as it was partially built and some pieces were placed in a ziploc bag and was missing half the pieces. The other package was brand new and hadn’t been opened, so that one had no issues. My other complaint is that the wood is very dirty and my hands were very dirty and had splinters after I had finished building the stools and that even after proper installation there is still a slight wobble to the stools.Overall I would still buy again, as they are beautiful farmhouse style stools and are very comfortable to sit on for an extended period of time. Only two improvements needed, make sure they are clean, and find a way to improve the wobble.
