These work great and fit true to size for me.
These are perfect for what I was looking for. Was having elbow pain from work of doing the same repetitive motion. The compression these provide helps to ease that pain. They stay perfectly in place all day. They are also the perfect thickness.

Good product but slightly chafes
I purchased these for sore elbows I just started developing after some weightlifting workouts. Maybe that’s me getting older or my form going to crap lol. They seem to provide adequate support during my workouts and provide relief from soreness when needed for everyday use. The fit is perfect also but my one complaint is the material… it is kind of course and slightly chafes. It’s manageable especially for the price but a smoother material would be nice.

I am 5'11" 195 lbs and retired. Shoulder issues, normal arm strength but I don't do arm/bicep weight training any more. I purchased two sets, both Medium and Large, to wear while recovering from left elbow tendinitis. I wore the Large for all day support and warmth with comfort. It was a little loose over my bicep, proper fit over elbow and forearm. It stayed in place without adjustment, even while skiing a full day. The Medium might have worked for short periods of high effort, but I was avoiding that other than my physical therapy exercises. I also could sleep comfortably wearing the Large. The Medium got very little use. I have recovered from the tendinitis. In about 4 months of heavy use the Large sleeve stretched out just a little. It still provides plenty of support. I continue to use it when I expect to stress my elbow more than usual. And I still have the second Large sleeve in reserve.

Parfait. Les deux coudières tiennent très bien et surtout soulage mes douleurs. Pas besoin de dépenser vos sous en pharmacie celles-ci sont parfaites et vous pouvez les laver en machine.

These were the wrong choice for my tendinitis as they have latex in them. I’m allergic to latex so broke out with a rash. I had a sleeve on hand that I can wear under the brace. No improvement in my arm. Not sure it was helpful.
