MOUNTAIN C5 CHAIN CLEANER PASTE, 150x20x10

I ride a 1050 Triumph. I dont hang about. But this chain lube does! The other great thing it does on top of lubricating important moving parts and not flicking off or being washed away is creating a protective layer on your chain. Sure, your chain will look like its covered in dirty wax but wipe a little off with your finger and underneath you'll find a perfectly protected and clean and shiny chain. I wouldn't use anything else now I've tried this stuff! Especially good in winter and rainy months!

After using spray cans of chain lube for years thought I'd give this a go , the built in brush is usefull and helps to make it easier to apply , I found that getting into the nooks and cranny of the chain took longer than if it was a spray can but when it was on it lasted ages and made the chain feel very smooth , comes out as a white paste that you brush on and goes semi transparent after the first ride , I ride in all sorts of conditions rain wind and snow and it seems to have held up well against that, can be messy and time consuming to apply but worth it overall

This is great lube and far more effective than spraying lube to the chain. I use an old tooth brush to apply this lube . I find two benefits, you apply it more effectively where it's actually needed more thoroughly and you don't end up making a mess everywhere with spraying lube that has missed the chain ! The lube itself is great stuff and really adhesive protecting the chain for circa 600 miles per application, dependent on your riding conditions.

Well does its Job and sticks to the chain, but a nightmare to apply. Don’t think it will go that far, won’t use again.

Excellent stuff, way better than using an aerosol which ends up missing half the time. With the Motul T5 I just squeeze some out onto my fingers with protective gloves on and rub it in. No waste and no mess.

Good chain paste when applied. Only amount needed.

I much prefer this than the spray cans as it doesn't flick everywhere (it still flicks just not as much). It lasts great even in wet weather and doesn't really take much longer to cover the chain. It's actually better as I can work it into the links with the brush. I clean the chain every couple of months and I haven't noticed any excessive wear by using this instead of the spray can equivalents. It's also small enough to take away on bike trips rather than a bulky can.
