Primaforce Turkesterone 600mg, 90 Capsules - Non-GMO & Gluten Free Supplement

Great product and a great value.

Used to be my go too for many months, I really enjoyed the product and it worked well. After they changed the formula I don't notice the same quality or recovery, which is a shame.

Turkesterone has garnered quite a bit of attention in fitness circles. The theory is pretty straightforward - this ingredient is a plant derived compound (naturally found in plants like spinach, mushrooms and asparagus and some insects!) that supposedly mimics the anabolic properties of testosterone in humans. The issue is that despite the fact that this has a similar chemical compound and structure as testosterone, it does not bind to androgen receptors and thus will not necessarily boost testosterone or muscle building hormone levels. Having said that - some argue that the anecdotal evidence of increased muscle size, strength, stamina and improved overall health and fitness, is quite well documented in several studies. Additionally, the fact that turkesterone is not considered an anabolic steroid means that is acceptable for use by natural body builders who wish to compete and not trigger a drug test for illegal performance enhancing drugs. It is also considered relatively safe with few negative side effects.As an older person, one who is seeking to remain fit and active as I get up in years, I am curious enough to try this supplement to see if I experience any positive results. Like with many health products and supplements, there is typically no discernible/noticeable effects - so one will need to maintain consistent use and over the course of taking this product as directed, monitor and gauge any progress or enhancement down the line. Personally, after using this product as directed (1 capsule/day) for little over a couple weeks now, I definitely feel a bit of a boost in my post lift recovery and training performance. I found this product to be of good quality, with no negative side effects (GI issues, etc). Can’t speak to whether there has been any appreciable positive (or negative) impact on my testosterone levels, body composition, or muscularity, however, I do feel like I can push more weight and go harder/heavier on certain days. Whether this is attributable to this supplement is to be determined, but if taking this supplement results in better performance and recovery, it is a win in my book. I plan to update this review after finishing this batch of product and will note any substantial results.

It's exactly what it says it is, however the effects are not profound and I've not seen any noticable changes in terms of muscular development, or an improvement in my workouts. To be faired I tossed this in as a supplement to aid in muscle retention while losing bodyfat the last month of my cutting phase and this may have impacted to some extent how I feel about the product itself as I can't say I found that aspect to be any better with this either. Hopefully we'll get some more human studies of this stuff to justify purchasing this and keeping it as a staple like creatine. For now I'll give it a solid maybe/5.

What I like about this one is each capsule contains 600mg of Turkesterone and will last three months.This supplement contains no GMOs, no gluten, and has been tested by independent laboratories accredited by ISO. It also has been Made in the USA in a facility compliant with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and registered with the FDA. Turkesterone has garnered interest due to its potential advantages for health, especially in the domains of athletic performance, muscle development, and general wellness. Nonetheless, it's crucial to acknowledge that the scientific investigation into turkesterone remains constrained, necessitating further research to comprehensively comprehend its impacts. Other than that, I'm really satisfied with this brand of Turkesterone.

So far with this supplement I do feel like I have more energy when I head to the gym. I know a lot of people think this might be some kind of muscle builder, but I think the real effect is it just gives your more energy to put more work in to build more muscle. There is absolutely zero taste to the pills (which is what you want with any supplement pill) and it goes down easily. I believe that this is also one of the cheapest options for a 3 month supply so if you want to try it out there's very little downside to buying it here.

A supplement is something you kind of need to use for a while before you know if it is doing anything. I have been taking this most of August. The first half of the month I was taking one a day and not really noticing anything, and in the second half I had read comments by others suggesting to take more than one a day, and since I am a larger guy I started taking it with morning and night meals. My weight is down about 5 pounds right now, but it's really hard to tell if that's from this supplement or some other change. If the weight loss continues I will definitely be getting a second bottle to give it more time. I have no problem swallowing them and there is no taste or smell that I could note, and it doesn't seem to interact with anything else I'm taking. I would recommend giving this product a try at least once to see if you will have similar results. 4 stars is basically because it's hard to tell the results, but if my weight keeps dropping I will probably come back and bump it up a notch.
