I’ve tried lots of brands. This is the best. Good adhesion - stays on for days and easy to apply. Pre-cut too, so no faffing around. Comes in lots of funky colours to match your running gear (if style is your thing!). And cheaper than main brands. Top marks!

Fabulous tape for rugby/athletic injuries/support. Does what it says on the box! And great delivery - speedy and packaged well.

I like this tape, it could have a 5* review, but for a very simple issue I had with it, which may have just been my application or the hair on my leg. I applied the tape the evening before on my back, of which is not particularly hairy, and it stuck very, very well! To the point where it was a little painful to remove a week and 6 or 7 showers later!On my hamstring however, not so much, I applied this 30 minutes or so before kick off (football) and by 20 minutes in, it was already peeling off, 5 minutes after that, it had gone.So, either the application was poor, or it does not stick well when applied to areas with hair, or anything not completely smooth. I will try again and for this reason, gets a 4*, otherwise seemed to do the job on my back and at a good price.

Great tale. Helped my knee no end

Pre-cut strips but unfortunately no good for strapping achilles, although it was advertised as being for this use. I cut a piece to improve the fit on my achilles but this resulted in the tape losing its stickiness.

Wasn't sure what to expect from this but it has really helped my runners knee. Arrived promptly, easy to use (see YouTube for videos on taping). [...] I used 3 pieces to tape round the bottom and sides of knee as in video. It stuck well (best to rub the tape as video suggests). When you stand up the tape supports the kneecap providing better alignment. Straight away the knee was more comfortable but within 2weeks I was able to run much more comfortably . After 6 weeks the pain and grating noise have gone (I'd had runners knee for about 8 months with only a partial response to physio and had not been able to run without pain for all that time!). The tape stays on for days (6or7 for me even with a daily shower) so the first roll lasted 6 weeks. I'm now onto my second roll. So pleased to be able to run again without aggravating my knee.cant recommend it highly enough!

Easy to use and value for money.

I have used several of these and nothing has ever caused me to break out and itch under the tape as this one did. Having said that the original KT tape has very weak tape so unless you remove it every session then I would avoid that one as well.

J'ai acheté ce produit à la base c'est pour coller mon capteur freestyle qui se décolle tout le temps et franchement ça colle super bien et c'est élastique donc ça permet de faire prendre n'importe quelle forme pour le coller.. puis sachant que dans notre famille on a des Sportif baskets c'est super génial pour les entorses pour les tendons au niveau des bras pour les doigts moi je trouve ça super après ce qui est dommage c'est que on reçoit pas de notice parce que ce produit est un multicuiseur et il y a plein de façon de les coller mais pour ça il faut aller sur internet on a des vidéos quand en anglais mais sinon c'est le top et en plus elles sont prédécoupées les bandes. Le seul bémol c'est qu'il n'y ait pas de notice envoyer et que sur Internet c'est quasiment en anglais

Fait bien son boulot, les bandes tiennent bien sur la peau, j'ai pu les garder 4 jours même sous la douche et en transpirant, aucun soucis. Attention les bandes sont quand même assez large, ne convient pas à tous les montages.

Ma conjointe l’utilise enceinte pour la soulager pour ses douleurs ligamentaires ou autres... le produit fait le travail et elle peut se doucher avec sans souci. Il reste collé.
