Easy to swallow and taste wasn’t too bad! This helped me tremendously during both of my pregnancies and was recommended by my doctor!

They work fine, but for a vegan pill, they smell really strongly of fish. And they kinda taste like fish too. I have to swallow them extremely fast because the smell and taste are so bad. They also stick together really badly.

I really like these DHA because they are so convenient—you only need to take one a day. The size is just right, not too big, which makes them very easy to swallow. This is especially important during pregnancy when it can sometimes be hard to take larger pills. Since I started using them, I’ve noticed that they’re gentle on my stomach, which is a huge plus. I feel more confident knowing I’m supporting my gut health during such an important time. I highly recommend these to other moms-to-be like me who are looking for a simple, effective DHA option!

I have been taking these for over a year, while on my TTC and pregnancy journey. I originally choose them because they had no odor or aftertaste. They have recently changed the formula or manufacturing because they are now a different color and taste/smell disgusting. So bummed I will have to find something new.

This pill has a very faint taste, no odor, it doesn't make me sick and it doesn't look like anything is wrong with it. This pregnancy has me facing morning sickness in the second trimester and other vitamins were too odorous, this one is so much better and goes down easy.

Perfect for TTC and pre-pregnancy. Doesn’t have a fishy taste, no fishy burps either. Good size gel pills, easy to swallow.

Used these for my whole pregnancy & 3 months post partum and they have been wonderful! Baby is beautiful but I am partial but really think these helped baby and me.

Take them every day during my pregnancy. Does not have any kind of strong smell that other omega 3 pills have and smaller size which does not let the feel of gagging come in, which is most important during the pregnancy phase.

I add these to my prenatal vitamin as my current prenatal doesn’t include DHA. I was worried they’d have a smell (as I’m currently pregnant vitamin smells really affect me!) but I don’t notice a smell at all. They are easy to swallow as they’re a smaller size. I also don’t have any burping or taste return after taking them.

My daughter was having severe nausea during first trimester these were one of the prenatal vitamins she had no issues with .
