What psu would i need to run two of these cards would 1600 watts be too much

Each card has a Operational Power Consumption of 250 Watt. 1600 may be a lot even for x2

How hot does the msi gtx 1080 ti armor oc get?

Some cards can get to around 80-85C If power lowered to 85% it will be stable to 65-75C...
