All except one plant arrived in good condition - that one plant revived with care. Good mix of varieties

I don't think I received the correct amount of plants as I only have 8. But these are now thriving after I thought they were dead. Excited to see the outcomes.

Arrived as very small plants, as expected. I soaked them in warm water for about an hour and put half in the garden. As back up I put the other half in a planter. I had to put markers to know where I’d planted them,in the garden, as they were so small. All have grown and are looking really healthy. I’m really happy with them.

A few plants arrived healthy with green leaves, rest looked very dry. Planted them all upon receipt and 8 died, only 10 have survived. Hopefully the fruit will make up for it.

Its been a year since I bought these - when they arrived in the post I thought they were dead, but once I planted them they soon came to life! Last year I got a good amount of fruit but this year they have just exploded with strawberries and come back better than ever! Really good value for money, easy to grow (even for a non-gardener) and beautiful when played in a strawberry planter! Really pleased with these, thank you!

Plants were very small, with lots of dead and decayed leaves. However, root growth was good, but not fresh. In summary, the order was very disappointing.

The plants in the order look OK but only found them by chance. We have a box outside the front door for parcels in case we are out. The items were there when I checked having seen my Amazon account stating delivery. We expect deliverers to at least leave a note through the letter box if there is a delivery we were out for. This system has worked to us for some time now but it was only by chance I checked the box when my account stated the had been delivered. This means they have been in this plastic crate for several days with it being cold, hope they are OK. Have temporarily put them into pots in an outhouse and given them some water. They look ok and have good roots, I just hope they have not dried out too much. Will let you know if we have problems.
