Update: After finally getting a connection, the GPS location was awful. I walked it to the middle of my backyard and it said I was by the street, in my front yard. Then lost connection. The website is very buggy. Major glitches. Will definitely be returning. Still no word from customer service on a refund of my subscription.Well, I couldn't even get the darn thing to connect to a network, after hours of trying. No response from customer service. Paid 10 dollars for a subscription upfront that ill probably never get refunded. I think it's a little sketchy to make someone pay for a service before they can even get the product set up to work.

I can see where my cat is at all times and it is really accurate. Their customer service team is amazing too they worked with me to fix the issue with my account without canceling my subscription so I could still keep track of my beloved pet. Highly recommend this product.

Compre este Tracker pensando que podia ser mejor que Tractive, la beteria dura muy poco, debo cargarlo todas las noches y aun asi la bateria se acaba, el boton que sive para llamar a tu mascota, dejo de funcionar, la bateria se acabo en menos de un dia, y ahora no se donde esta mi gata, cuando busco el historial, no tengo historial de las ultimas 12 horas, y tengo la seguridad que estuvo anoche en mi deck a las 9:20 por las camaras que tengo en el deck, pero el historial del tracker no me muestra su historial, ahora el Tracker aparece Off, cuando hasta ayer en la noche tenia 42% de bateria, no he visto a mi gata desde ayer a las 9:30 pm, el tracker no me muestra una locacion posible para buscar, no entiendo que sentido tiene pagar una subcripcion si este tipo de cosas va a pasar, tengo 4 gatos, los otros 3 tienen el Tractive, lo unico que me gustaria que tenga Tractive es el boton para llamar a tu mascota ya que el Bluetooth solo funciona muy cerca de la mascota.he buscado tracker que tengan la camara incluida, pero no he encontrado ninguna otra opcion.

I bought three of these for my three cats. First day I used them they worked very well! But just within in a couple hours I noticed that the battery was draining quite fast. On each tracker there is a live option button you can push on the app that gives you a very precise location of your cat! I's a neat option but it drains the battery so quickly. So I taken each tracker off and connected them to the charging cables that came with the trackers. I gave it a day to charge and when I checked there was no charge. In fact the the batteries were even lower in their charge than before. No Matter what I did, I could not get any the three trackers to charge. Regrettable I had to send them back. The subscription fee was affordable compared to the very few other gps cat trackers I could find. I really wanted this product to work but it just didn't.

It did not work at all in my rural area but I wish it had! They issued my refund immediately and were very professional.

The tracker kept loosing reception.

Poor function. Battery life is terrible. Not reliable for tracking. Nearly always has connection problems. The subscription is far too expensive. The device gets hot when searching for a signal which is most of the time. Does not connect over WiFi al all just sees the signal and turns off its transmitter and receiver. Junk. Do not buy.

Produit déjà très cher à l'achat.Boîte impossible à ouvrir proprement, donc j'imagine impossible de rendre le produit.et c'est en ouvrant la boîte et en suivant le mode d'installation qu'on apprend qu'il faut payer un abonnement!!!
