These probiotics are very good, I have diverticulitis and they have helped me a lot. I do feel however, that the price is high on these and you can't get a voucher for them unless you buy them from the manufacturers which is in America, and it takes a bit of time for them to arrive. I suppose you can by them on repeat but i'm no keen on that.

I had m.e. For 18 years and last year had gastroenteritis followed by GBS and since then I’ve had bowel discomfort along with lots of other neurological symptoms. I had been worried about taking this as I am quite weak and two reviews said it made them sick. It did NOT make me sick. In fact within a day of taking, my bowel discomfort went (I know it may be coincidence) and almost two weeks on it has not returned. It used to come frequently with heatstroke and I haven’t had that recently either. I think it may be a miracle cure for some conditions, although it’s too early to know for sure. I can’t say it’s helped my M.E. yet, and I was hopeful, as there is much research linking m.e. to the microbiome and bowel bacteria. Although I certainly don’t feel worse - the same or slightly better. I will update if my m.e. Symptoms improve. I think it is definitely worth a try for numerous conditions. I will be continuing for the foreseeable future.

This may be a super probiotic for some, it makes me sick as hell. Took it for 2 days and crashed completely. So I would certainly NOT advise this product for people in poor health, since it apparently requires some capacity to detox. Have to throw the rest of the bottle out unfortunately. A very expensive experiment not to be repeated!
