These are the best socks I have ever worn. Ordered two more sets to completely replace my previous brand of socks. I selected them for the cotton feel and the brand reputation for quality. They fit well, stay in place, and have kept their shape after the first few washes.

These Polo Ralph Lauren Men's Athletic Performance Cotton Crew Socks-6 Pair Pack-Breathable Mesh & Sport Moisture Wicking are socks of excellent quality and performance. They are made mainly of cotton and have pleasant padding on the bottom of the foot. They are not very thick nor very thin. I usually wear size 11.5 in shoes and I ordered socks XL and it was the best decision. The set comes with three colors: dark blue, gray and denim. I would have preferred just one color, denim, because I wear jeans and for that reason I bought them, but there were no color options to choose from, but I hope Mr. Ralph can read this and can make this option available. In conclusion, I recommend them and I would buy them again, they are an excellent product and offer quality for the price, they exceeded my expectations.

Bought these in white last year and my son liked them alot so I got him another set for Christmas. Size 11 foot fit well.

These have the excellent comfort and quality that you would expect from this brand. They are soft, thick, and comfortable... except they are pretty tight. My foot size is 11.5 and I bought the size 12-17 and they are still pretty tight. I probably won't buy these again based on this reason

I'm going nuts trying to find cotton socks lately, everything is polyester, cotton is like a premium fabric now. I never buy "name brand" socks but thought I'd try these because so many of the no-name socks are such garbage. These socks are EXCELLENT. They are very soft, and appear to be thick enough to last for a while. For the record , the most recent cotton crew socks I bought on here were the UnderArmour cotton crews. They were OK, but they did start to get holes in the sole within 6 months or so, which is quicker than I'd hoped (especially since I rotate my socks, only wear the same pair maybe 2x per month?) Anyway, these Polo socks are DEFINITELY softer and higher-quality cotton than the UAs, the elastic is tighter, and I believe they may be slightly thicker as well. Hopefully, they'll hold up better long-term too. But I'm very satisfied for now (it's been two or three wash cycles so far) and will probably order another set of these, since it's so hard to find good cotton socks. One interesting thing: the Polo logo only appears on one side of each 'tube'. (logo is knitted too, not printed, another quality feature) This may be a clever feature for longevity-- if you always wear the logo facing the 'outside' of your leg for example, then each sock will be permanently assigned to either the left foot or the right foot. Not sure if this makes any difference, but it occurs to me it may lessen the 'stretching' of the fabric over time in different directions, which may happen with double-logo socks (swapping each sock back & forth from left foot to right foot after each wash etc). Just a thought.
