What a workout to my waist!! Easy assembly. Only drawback is the noise it makes.

My new hula hoop exercise belt arrived the next day. Seems pretty easy to use, pretty sturdy, is a little bit noisy but if you turn the music up, it's not bad. I will give it a week and see what kind of results I get. five stars so far. I will update in a week.

It does the job well. A fun way to get moving. A little noisy as others mentioned. Fits up to a womens 16/18 waist.

This is a fun way to exercise. I've been using it for a week now, 30 minutes a day 2 times a day. The weight is really light, it's easy to use once you figure out your hips, it's very noisy though it seems to be shaving the plastic, this is my first weighted hula hoop so I'm not sure if there is a better quality out there for the gliding part, it's easy to use going at faster speeds and to keep a slow steady speed. It looks just like the picture. I am using it and it actually seems to be helping shape my waist. Like I said it's fun to use. Would be 5 stars if it had less noise and less plastic shavings.

Work amazing ! Just 30 mins a day seems like a lot but it's really a breeze, the challenge is finding the time, and space to do it! My kids love it ! It really is a great product for the price!!! Well worth it!!!

I had seen this fancy version online for nearly $200 and decided to give the idea a try. This one is much more affordable. I haven't seen the fancy one in person, but I can't imagine it's all that different. This holds up well and performs exactly as it is supposed to. The noise doesn't bother me. I'm sure it would bother me if someone else was making that noise in an adjoining room! I normally use it outside just in case I accidentally snap it loose or the weight flies off. Wouldn't want it to crash through a wall or glass deck door! So far I have not had any issues with it malfunctioning or coming loose. And maybe a bit crazy, but I actually find it fun to use. I particularly use it when I'm boiling rice or something on the stove so I'll know how long I've been doing it. Might as well move your body if you're just standing there cooking for half an hour.

Hesitated buying by these but purchased for working out. Fun workout!

Edit: After about a month of using this everyday you can see from the picture that black specs of paint from the weight ball part is everywhere. I don’t believe this hoop will hold up over time if it’s starting to wear down over a month. :( I am removing a star for that reason. The device still does its job though. I bought this to help me lose the last bit of baby weight that I had. I have used this for 7 days and have already had to remove 2 links from when I started. In the past 7 days I have also lost 6.3 pounds incorporating this and a 30 minute walk each day. This definitely needs to be paired with another exercise or healthy diet to be most beneficial. I have noticed a difference in my waist. This is super easy to use. This isn’t my first weighted hula hoop I love the smoothness of this one. It isn’t as loud as my other one. In fact I have used this a few times in the same room as my newborn while they have been sleeping. I loved that this one comes with a sweat belt for you to use with. it is a great value for your money you get 2 things for the price of one. The links are very easy to pop in and out again I like this one way better than my other weighted hula hoop. It is so much fun to use that my toddler sees me using it and wants to “workout” with me. I always listen to a podcast or watch a video on my phone when using this. I only use this 30 mins a day. Super easy for a mom of 2 to incorporate this into their busy daily life. Again only have been using this for 7 days and have lost 2 links so it truly works. I am going on vacation right now and this was super easy to pack away in my suitcase.

同じような商品が沢山ありますが、値段が安くてレビューも悪くないので、これにしました。組み立てはワンタッチで簡単でした。重りのケースの中には玄関ホールの玉砂利を入れました。中々重りを続けて回すのは難しいけれど、落ちない分フラフープより初心者向けだと思います。音は覚悟していましたが、思ったよりはうるさくはなかったです。防音性の高い家なら外には漏れない感じです。 毎日続けようと思います。

Muy recomendable

It’s very loud and the wheels don’t smoothly slide along the inside of the belt. You can feel it catch at each joint in the belt as it travels around. My daughter (7F) says it hurts.

I bought this to give it a try and absolutely love using it. Its a little hard to get the hang of it but once you do you'll love it. It is very easy to put together and take links out when you need to. Its a great way to exercise without over doing it. I've only been using it a week and already see results. One link taken off.
