So quick and simple to make a grilled cheese with this. You do have to open to check on how well done you want a sandwich but very simple and sturdy pan. Cleans easy but tricky to put the 2 halves together if you do separate them for washing.

I have no major complaints. Good non-stick and is easy to clean by disassembling. It heats up very quickly, so a low heat is needed and constant attention to avoid burning. Also be cautious when it is fully open, if it's tilted in the direction of the hinges it will slide apart.
