Love roasted pepper sauce w swordfish. Didn’t feel like making from scratch so tried this. Grilled the swordfish then topped w this and was very happy. Also can combine w a little reduced heavy cream and makes a wonderful sauce

This sauce goes so well with hamburgers, hot dogs, brats, chicken, pizza - almost any type of meat we eat. I enjoy spicing things up with a flavorful sauce, rather than just spices, and this does the trick. It spreads easy, and since it needs to be used within a few days after opening, I make sure that I do that because I don't want any of it to go to waste - it's too delicious and fresh tasting! It's definitely a sauce that you want to try!

This is a good product for people who like spicy tastes. However, I was expecting a red pepper dominant flavor. It's there, but the primary note is hot spice.

This sauce is the best I have ever tasted!

It tastes like bell peppers in oil. It expires 3 days after opening. Even though it tastes like a sweet, non-spicy pepper, it has a low burn to it... These aren't good combinations for me. I'm not sure what they used to make it hot, but it's not contributing much to the flavor - bell peppers are pretty flavorful by themselves. The price of $6 wouldn't be so bad if it didn't expire so quickly after opening... if this lasted months, it would have been a great replacement for bell peppers in the fridge. I ordered this January 2023, and the cap is marked best before August 2024, so 19 months expiration from order. Made in Italy.
