This brand is awesome! I feel like my sleep quality has improved since I started taking this product. I normally wake up with anxiety in the middle of the night. Although at times it may still happen, it has DRASTICALLY reduced. When I ran out I instantly noticed that I was getting more anxiety throughout the day and at night. The capsules are not horse pills in size lol and easy to take. I don't really notice any kind of smell, though I don't really care if there's a smell, the quality is what I'm looking for the most. I definitely think that these help me to stay calmer without anxiety throughout the day, even though I take it at night. My energy seems to more even.

Iv been a long time fan of Dr berg videos. After watching some videos about the adrenaline body I knew I had finally figured out one of the things wrong with me that doctors couldn’t find. I decided to try these pills along with other things to help my adrenal body . I noticed a difference in my stress levels pretty much as soon as I started useing these . The only reason I give this 4 stars and not 5 is because although Iv been eating very healthy, working out , and takeing 2 of Dr berg’s adrenal pills I still haven’t lost a single pound. Still hopping to see a difference 1 day . But the way these help for stress they are so worth your money: also side note I didn’t have a bad side effects

Best supplement for sleep and relaxation.

I purchased this product for me and my husband to utilize. I have not been feeling anxious but my husband said he still experiences bouts of anxiety but not as frequently. Easy to swallow.
