Absolutely love this cutter. This is my first time ever using one and im very glad I chose this brand. It makes amazing looking decals and is very easy to use. I highly recommend watching the videos that made on how to set up and use the machine and software. They also have lot of other videos for other tips and tricks on using it. Also, the repair forums are very helpful. I had my cutter jump the track (my own fault) at 1am, and instead of waiting for the call lines to open i was able to figure out what was wrong and fix it in under a half hour. Definitely a great product!

Shipping was fast is about the only good thing I can say about it. The software was so basic it wasn't anything that I would recommend. Loaded a half roll of paper in to start with and the machine failed to have enough drive pressure to unroll the paper to feed the plotter. Next I tried a roll of vinyl in it and the same problem with it not having the power to unroll the vinyl either. So unrolling the vinyl was the only way to get it to feed. Cut quality was OK at best when cutting basic letters. I never had a machine that I had to run a program to align the cutting carriage before. Next I tried to get it to cut a graphics file I have and then it got interesting to say the least. It started to try and cut the file and got about 10% or so into it and the it started cutting random patterns that looked like multi step molding patterns. It sure wasn't the picture of the truck I put in the program. Restarted the program from scratch a few times with the same results from different graphics files. After about 6 hours of going through this I put everything back into the box and off to FedEx it went for a return. I have been working with vinyl cutters/plotters since 1986 so I do know how to use them to say the least. The next day I spent a bit more money and bought a cutter/plotter from Sign Warehouse and it works just fine. This thing was something that I couldn't trust to keep my company's production going.
