I got a use S960H and needed the extra peripherals. This remote works well and functions. All the buttons work and they glow in the dark as well in a amber color. Need a remote? This one is solid and works.

No setup required just worked right away

The UP volume button on our original Denon remote stopped working about six months after purchase (all other buttons worked fine, I took the remote apart, cleaned it, etc. but that did not help). This is a great replacement aside from the minor inconvenience of the green light flashing every time you push a button. Would recommend

What I liked: it works fine after fiddling with the battery contacts.What I disliked: the battery holder seemed too large for the two batteries. I had to fiddle with the springs to make it work consistently.

works just as good as the name brand or other replacement versions..

So I guess the most important thing is that it functions perfectly, however the upper left button that lights up when you press any button is blindingly bright- almost like someone is shining a laser right into your eye. I may put some of my wife’s fingernail polish over it as I’m not kidding it’s BRIGHT. So have some tape or something ready to cover up that button.
