Valrhona Grand Cru Guanaja 70 Percent Bar 70 g

Absolutely luscious. My perennial favorite. There are other more refined, more distinguished and exclusive chocolates. But Valrhona Guanaja is the one I will return to again and again. The high notes are glorious and the acidity is perfectly balanced. There is a natural sweetness and grace keeping bitterness at bay.

Got this for my dad who loves dark, high quality chocolate and he really enjoyed this. Not too sweet and not too bitter - just right. It's just a shame the bars are so expensive for such a relatively small amount of chocolate.

Very disappointing, little flavour. Much prefer the Dolfin brand. Plus, the price!!!!

Tried other Valrhona ones and this is my favourite. Dark yet not too bitter. Worth the price.
