Wacom Cintiq Pro 27 – Professional Drawing Tablet with Screen, Stylus Pen Battery-free & Pressure-sensitive, Compatible with Windows & Mac, 4K Resolution, Perfect Tablet for Drawing & Graphics Design

bought this cintiq as an upgrade for my ipad pro 11” 2018 (specifically for space). i was concerned at first that the drawing experience would feel delayed or laggy (because of the refresh rate and input latency being worse) but i encountered nothing of the sort. it felt on par with my ipad pro in terms of responsiveness which was a very welcome surprise. i didn’t have any scary whine noises or fan noises (that i could notice at least). setup with the usb c cable didn’t work for me so i had to go for the USB-A and HDMI approach. the HDMI cable has to go into your GPU by the way. apart from this there wasn’t really anything to fault with the tablet. the screen is basically perfect. flawless res, colours and the surface texture is the perfect blend of smoothness and texture (a bit smoother than paperlike screen protectors). the touch is also surprising, scrolling is super responsive and smooth almost like an ipad but things like rotation and zooming do have a small stutter in clip studio paint + photoshop. may be a software thing but i’m not sure. in clip studio paint, touch gestures from pro create worked also which was v welcome. overall the tablet is fantastic and on par with the ipad pro. unfortunately after taking into account the program UI and a reference for the drawing area you have is the exact same as an 11” ipad pro with procreate. honestly heartbreaking because i loved the cintiq so much but there just wasn’t much benefit to keep it as my main reason was the size. from here on i might order a larger huion/xp-pen and if that doesnt work well then an ipad 12.9” (the 24” cintiq pro is wayy too big for my desk but if i had the space i would get it without blinking an eye) hope that helps tl;dr: 10/10 if you’re ok working on a smaller size

La cintiq mi è arrivata in un giorno lavorativo ed era in perfette condizioni. La nuova Wacom link ti permette la scelta tra l’alimentazione direttamente dalla cintiq o dalla Wacom link, così da avere meno cavi attorno quando lavori.

Deze Wacom gekocht om te tekenen. Hiervoor alleen ipad pro gebruikt. Viel toch best wel tegen. Gebruikt in combinatie met macbook pro. Hij maakt best wat geluid. Het is allemaal plastic wat goedkoop voelt ondanks de prijs. Er waren altijd issues met het opstarten. De verschillende modi zijn vaag. Multi touch werkt heel anders dan op ipad. Waarschijnlijk omdat de apps op macos hier niet voor geoptimeerd zijn. Het tekenen aan zich werkt verder wel goed. Uiteindelijk toch ervoor gekozen om deze terug te sturen en voor de grote ipad pro te gaan.

I love the size, responsiveness and ergonomics of the Cintiq. Also, contrary to the Pro, it is absolutely silent and has a protected connector on top. I wish it had QHD resolution and etched glass as surface material. But even as it is, it is a great device for daily work.

Este cintiq pro me ha gustado mucho,estaba utilizando la tableta sin pantalla,y he decidido renovarme por esta tablet porque he sa bajado mucho el precio en Prime Day. El tamaño de la pantalla es muy justa,cabe perfectamente en la mesa de escritorio,responde muy bien la tactil,es mucho mejor que ipad para diseñar y dibujar. Y recomiendo que compreis el guante para dibujar,ya que con la mano se toca a veces,y es un poco molesto
