Very pleased with this!! Arrived well packaged and looks very healthy. I needed an unkillable, pet safe plant for new hall, and this is it! It was slightly under the the stated height,(including the pot,) but it doesn’t matter as it is growing and has several new shoots emerging….. The only thing I couldn’t find in the description was the size of the plastic pot it is in, as I wanted to buy a similar plant stand to this one I already had. So if you are wondering the same thing, it is 17 cm diameter, and 16 cm tall. Hope this helps!!!

The Kentia palm arrived well packaged and it was lush green and a good height. Not badly priced as I have seen them for a higher price in other organisations. It was a healthy plant and not damaged at all.

I got this because the reviews said it was smaller than expected and what I was seeing in reviews was exactly the size and shape I wanted - and received, about 80cm from pot base to highest tips! The plant came in amazing shape, all green and no damage, the soil was protected with some tissue wrapping paper. I repotted it since it had roots coming out of the bottom holes and lost a couple stalks after but the rest of the plant has been healthy for a couple months that I've had it. Only negative would be a suggestion for the seller to use different delivery service since the plant was sitting in their sorting office for almost 2 weeks after dispatch! 😪

I left positive feedback when I received the 2 plants on 24th Dec 22, at first they arrived looking great, unfortunately, there were no instructions on how to maintain them, they came with the soil really dry so naturally, I soaked them in water for 2hrs then put them in the living room away from radiator; 1 week after they started to dry on the tip of leaves first, I couldn't figure out what was the problem and thought that it was just lack of water but the more I watered them the worst they got and some branches are dead now from the roots. when I got in touch with the seller, he first asked me to return them, and then he came back saying that I overwatered them and a link for how to care for the plants. its 4 weeks today since I received them and unfortunately they look terrible. why didn't he send me the instructions in the package or the link he just send me today (25.01.23) by email? cost a lot of money and I'm not sure if they are ever going to look good again

Beautiful, healthy plant. Taller than promised and in a decent pot (pot has drainage holes so a planter is required but this was made clear when buying). Excellent value for money, delivery in a good box through tracked DPD.

Eine Pflanze, die sehr schön sein könnte, wären nicht die obersten Blätter teils gekrümmt, teils wie ausgetrocknet. Ich behalte sie trotzdem, werde sehen, ob ich sie aufrichten kann. Alle Pflanzen. die ich von der gleichen Firma habe, sind super. Ich denke, dass bei der Kentia-Palme der Versand zu lange gedauert hat, besonders da die Ostertage noch dazwischen lagen.
