Q: I have a 01' Cherokee, are these plug an play even the Angel eyes ? or do I need extra stuff to make them work

you will need a relay it. there is a video on you tub thatgives the exact one you will need.

Q: Hooked them up in my 1995 jeep wrangler, not all low beam are lighting, and high beam not working at all, any suggestion?

I would check the connections to see if you have the correct power to the lights. If you have power then you have a fualty par of lights.

Q: Why on my 87 jeep yj the light blink when turn signals are on

Check your wire connections. When I installed mine, it was just a ( plug in and play) connection.

Yes, the adapter pigtails should fix your issue. I installed mine on a 2001 F250 XL and didn't need the pigtails.
