Very painful
My husband tried this product but found it to only increase the pain he was already experiencing. Huge disappointment that it made the problem worse rather than better.

This ointment gave me an infection!
This ointment has like a menthol (?) component which causes a harsh feeling when applied to the infected area of the anus and ended up making my symptoms much worse and infected. I stopped using after a couple of weeks and had to go to the doctor. Caution!!
