Funcional

Works as described!
These are sold as sample pieces, but honestly, these are perfect for the project that I have. I wanted to make one of those blackout license plate devices. (No I'm not going to be using it on the road) lol I bought pdoc film before and it came with a big, household adapter plug, but this one comes with a USB plug, so that makes it extremely easy for me to use it in the car. It also has a multi-function control box, that makes the film slowly pulse on and off, strobe, as well as just turn off and on. It works as claimed, when it's opaque, you can't see through it and when you run a charge to it, it's virtually, perfectly clear. It's like looking through a very slightly tinted window. You can see through it extremely easily, but there's a tinted color,
