Buy this ASAP!
Buy this ASAP! I am a die hard pasta fan. I tried many low carb substitutes and nothing matches to this. It tastes like pasta, cooks like pasta, chewy like pasta. Amazing! My kids could not tell it was a healthy alternative. I topped with my favorite meat sauce. 2 servings is a whopping 40grams of protein at 260 calories and so so delicious. I made a two servings bowl to meet my protein goal. It is very filling since it's high protein and has 15 grams of fiber per serving. 1 serving is 2 oz which is about 1 cup on my kitchen scale. No more gluten, no more insulin spikes and a great way to enjoy a healthy pasta option. I will never serve the old pasta to my family again. Amazing product Kaizen! Good job!

Satisfying keto option
This is a fantastic discovery for anyone on a keto diet. The texture is surprisingly good and it holds sauce really well, making it a satisfying substitute for traditional pasta.

Cooks unevenly. Mediocre taste. Threw it out.
I had such high hopes for this pasta that I bought a 3 pack of the fusilli and a 3 pack of the rice shaped. We were so disappointed by the fusilli! The texture was terrible because it didn't cook evenly. We had to cook it longer than 5 minutes to get the center to be al dente, but by then, the outer portion was quite mushy. The taste was marginally okay. We took one bite and threw it away. Now I'm worried about the rice shaped pasta, but maybe that will cook more evenly and we won't have to throw it out. We'll see. Proceed with caution if you are thinking about buying the fusilli. There are better keto pastas out there that cost about the same.

So good
If you are diabetic or doing keto this is by far the best pasta we have tried. The bite is the closest to real pasta we have tried. I am hooked. Worth every penny.

6g net carbs
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Is it pasta? No. Is it perfect for Keto or the cant-have-anything phase of an elimination diet? YES. 6g net carbs, 20g protein and 15g fiber is a huge win for me. And I can stop at 2 oz because there's no trigger here! The texture is a tad odd (don't overcook it), but just put a sauce or chilli on it and rejoice with me about eating pasta again.

A nutritious upgrade for pasta lovers
It’s rare to find pasta with so much protein and fiber that still tastes good. This made my meals feel more balanced and satisfying without feeling like a diet food.

Not Effective for Supporting Fat Burn Goals
The Kaizen Low Carb Keto Pasta Fusilli seemed like a promising option for a keto-friendly, low-carb pasta alternative. With 20g of protein, 6g net carbs, and being gluten-free, it aligns well with dietary restrictions for those pursuing a low-carb or keto lifestyle. The plant-based lupin flour gives it a unique texture and flavor that is quite enjoyable compared to other alternatives. However, I’ve been monitoring my metabolism and fat burn levels using Lumen, and this pasta doesn’t appear to support those goals as effectively as expected. Despite being marketed as keto-friendly, it didn’t make a noticeable difference in my fat burn levels, which was disappointing. For those strictly monitoring their macros or aiming for better metabolic outcomes, this might not be the ideal choice. On the positive side, the noodles cook well and hold their shape, making them a good alternative for those simply looking for a low-carb pasta option without focusing heavily on metabolic impact. However, if you’re relying on it to support specific dietary goals, it might not deliver the results you’re looking for.

Keto folks this one’s for you
As someone who’s been keto for like 2 years, I was thrilled to finally find a pasta that’s not gross and actually fills me up. I’ve tried both the ziti and the fusilli and they’re both great especially with a meaty red sauce. Just follow the cooking instructions or it can get a little mushy.
