Time to dance
Very good book and very informative. The meditation task is good and helps you get into unlocking your shadows that we all have within us.I'm really pleased that I got this as it helps a lot.If you have not got this book, then I recommend you do.

Dance with your shadow
I really enjoyed listening to this book. The readers voice was calm and peaceful which also helped. I work in theraputic sesdions so its important to be able to shield oneself from too much overwhelming emotion from others. It can be very tiring. This book gives insight into OTHER techniques to ground and calm the mind and body. Very good and recommend.

I’m disgusted that this book cost as much as it did and offered so little in return
I purchased this book because I’m an empath, who has lived in this world for almost 5 decades. The “powerful tools” that were promised on the front cover propelled me to spend almost £10. I am desperate to learn and be inspired amongst the quagmire of utter drivel put into the world as “inspiration”. I was sorely disappointed, and frankly am gobsmacked at the 5* reviews! In a nutshell: it feels like this book was either chucked together over the course of a weekend or written by AI. The anecdotes are pathetic. The powerful tools are simply paragraphs on things that help absolutely everyone struggling. Along with a guided meditation - which spans over 10 pages and is basically a few generic meditations mushed together.“Eat well, be well” gets about a hundred words - nutrition should always have at least an entire chapter dedicated, because it affects absolutely everything else we do as humans. This book had great potential. It could have properly dived into the importance of dealing with past trauma but instead it’s glossed over. Essentially saying shadow work can by done by everyone but people with real trauma should see a therapist. What exactly was the point? I learnt nothing from this book, but I do feel *exceptionally* ripped off! (I’ve included a few photos with excerpts to illustrate my frustration)

Started off well, but didn't really explain how to do the shadow work
This book started so well but after chapter 2/3 morphed into the same as any other wellbeing book. There is no real guidance into shadow work apart from the small meditation part. Everything after this is just what every other stress reducing, mindfulness or well being book writes about.
