So far so good. It works for me. Big capsules, I just opened the capsule and took half the first time, to see if they agree with me. Now I take a full capsule, seems to help my eyesight been taking them for 2 weeks now. It’s doing my energy good. But also helps me to sleep.

les Taurine Mega Caps d’Olimp sont un très bon complément si tu veux ajouter de la taurine pure de façon efficace (1,5 g par gélule), sans prendre des dizaines de petites capsules. C’est particulièrement intéressant si tu fais du sport, que tu veux soutenir ta récupération, limiter la fatigue, ou optimiser le transport de la créatine. Ça peut aussi servir en “soutien nerveux” selon ton entraînement ou ton niveau de stress. En revanche, ce n’est pas un “boost” excitant comme du café : la taurine n’agit pas comme un stimulant puissant, donc il faut avoir des objectifs clairs.
