The charge lasts a long time

Purchased several of these over the years for my Garmin camera. Hold a decent charge and usually last a couple of years.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Published specs are identical to Garmin OEM battery for Astro 100 dog tracker and the fit is perfect. However, when installed the device shows the charge at 100% and shows the dogs locations, but any of the signaling buttons produce an error “battery required for transmission”?!. Swapping back to the OEM battery eliminates the error and the unit has all functions restored. I have other aftermarket batteries which now suddenly produce the same error, despite having worked perfectly for the last several years. Possibly Garmin has updated their firmware and can now detect non OEM batteries?

After 12 years of use my original battery died. This was a perfect, affordable replacement.

Battery life:Doesn’t hold a great charge nor will it charge up to 100 percent!!

It took a charge and revives my older Garmin to track a hunting dog

So far this battery has renewed the longevity of each charge cycle for my alpha 100. It’s hard to say if it’s as good as new but they charge now last all day and that’s what I need it to do.

Battery seemed ok, but it did not replace the battery in the Garmin alpha 100, would not work.
