This is a great product, it has a good flavour, more like a banana sweet than an actual banana but if you like that, which I do, it is great. You only need a small amount to flavour your cooking, it is great in a whipped dairy desert (and it is lovely in home made banana bread), I bought some glass droppers (very cheaply on-line) which I use to measure out these types of flavouring. I like it, it arrived quickly and when I've finished the (fair sized) bottle I'd be happy to buy another.

This is well worth the shipping time wait! I've tried a few different banana flavourings but this is the best one I've found so I'd rather wait for it to be shipped from the US than waste time keep trying different makes. It's amazing value for money too.

Way better than essences, made some brilliant banana bread with no bananas and honestly you'd have thought it was packed full of them. Can't wait to try their other flavours!

Bought this to have more of a banana flavour in my banana cake. You only need about one drop as it is very strong. Start less and more if need be.

So tasty and aritidical bananaflvor but ina good eay. The favor does not get lost. You have to use less than you think

Haven't actually used it in cooking yet, but the smell is gorgeous so am expecting great results when I do.
