Set of 2 matte black rope pendant lights

I received these hanging chandeliers and installed them in my recently renovated kitchen. The installation was pretty straightforward and I was pleasantly surprised at the high quality and aesthetics of these light fixtures. They are comparable with similar light fixtures costing twice or more. I also have very favorable interaction with their customer service since one of the light fixtures had a small chip at the bottom and they were extremely responsive and offered to send a replacement at no cost. I am very happy with the quality and aesthetics of these hanging chandeliers and would recommend this company for their product and customer service.

Beautiful light! Heavy globes and well made. Looks high end. I gave it a 5 star despite one of the pendants not working. I think it’s defective. I’ve reached out to the seller and hopefully they will replace the pendant. This is definitely a must buy.

AlHamdulillah. Looks very luxurious. Picture doesn't do justice. Looks like a show room. Get you a good installer. Bought the 9 lights version. Raindrops are large and really nice looking. Worth the money. Few ther brands such as Arhause has similar for a lot more.

This pendant is really beautiful. I installed two of them above my new kitchen peninsula and it is the center of attraction and topic of conversation for my new kitchen. Also, the customer service of the manufacturer is incredible. I had issue with the order where the two pendants didn’t look alike and when I contacted the manufacturer for it, the customer service representative was very helpful in getting me a replacement free of charge. She regularly followed up with me and made sure that I was completely happy with it. I highly recommend this product.
