Absolutely brilliant cable.
I had a situation where the graphics card was covering the SATA ports and was no way to plug in a regular SATA cable. In come this cable and problem solved. Works perfect and very tidy. what more could you ask for.

Perfect if your GPU fouls your SATA ports
I bought a DELL Optiplex 7010 Desktop PC for a bargain price! My intention was to turn it into a gaming rig for cheap and as it had an i7 3770 in it and 16GB of ram I almost pulled the trigger on a GTX 1050 until I found a used GTX 970 for £95! I bought it! Upgraded PSU and went to fit card but it fouled the HDD caddy! After drilling out rivets and such the card would fit BUT the shroud now blocked my SATA ports!! Not going well! I jumped to amazon to locate right angle sata cables. Most results the right angle either went top or bottom which would work but i would only be able to use 2 ports, not good! I then found these, they angle to the side, the SAME side and were low. Plugged them in and they sit snuggly under the GPU and all exit the same way and at the oposite end plugged into the devices they all exit away from the power connector. PERFECT!! Perfect length to and nice round cables that are very easy to tie up out the way for a touch of neatness in the case!

Great low profile cable
Does the job perfectly. Has a much less bulky connector and thinner wires that are easier to manage than regular SATA cables.

Good price, just watch the Molex pins when connecting
I searched a few places for these SATA2 hot swap modules, as the Silverstone FT02 I have comes with only one and has space for 4 extras. Amazon proved to be the cheapest by far, presently £5.55 each delivered, most other places are £7-10. I bought three. The pack includes two screws to mount each one, and came packed in official Silverstone boxes with tamperproof stickers sealing them closed. Perhaps overkill for such a basic product, but at least you know they are official. Minus a star because on three separate plugs one of the molex pins was pushed out when connecting it to the female of the next one along. The pins just seem to be the cheaper type where they are not always locked in properly. A shame as the rest of the quality seems very high and the fitting very straightforward. I have used molex plugs and sockets for 30 years and pushing a pin out is quite often a problem, but these seem unusually vulnerable to it. Note: there is another option besides using this CP05. The CP05-SAS ( Silverstone CP05-SAS ) is a version with power and sata connectors instead of attached cables. You can use a CP06 ( SilverStone SST-CP06 4-In-1 SATA Power Connector - Black ) to power four of them, and use your normal sata cables. That may be a better option for someone that wants a full bank of hot-swappable modules, as you can choose your sata cable lengths and have less power cable clutter.

Good for decluttering crowded pc cases
These have been designed for use in limited space applications like HTPC cases, but even in a larger case make for tidier cleaner routing of data cables. I hate having to open PC cases at the best of times, especially when in trying to change one component you risk damaging or disconnecting another. The more you wish your PC be able to do the greater the risk that in upgrading it you trigger other unwelcome events! These cables allow you to connect sata components to the motherboard by routing them discreetly, aided by their length and how thin they are. In running benchmark tests of components where these cables have been used there is no loss of speed and they good physical connection where cheaper cables can disconnect through being loose and falling off the connection points due to vibrations caused by spinning components within the PC. For those PC modders who want to present illuminated clutter free spaces inside their machines these are a real boon!

excellent for silly mobo's with sata sockets placed flat on ...
Very low profile and fast, excellent for silly mobo's with sata sockets placed flat on board next to pci slots like the idiotic gigabyte mother boards which then get covered by GPU's. If you are buying a mother board get Asus far more O.C ability case fan connectors. usb 3 hearders and the sata III's stacked vertically on the edge of board.

Appears to be a relatively high quality cable but the connectors are too close together...
... which renders one of them redundant to me. I can't even think of a situation where you'd be able to get drives close enough together in a case to allow this cable to be useful. Two 3.5" hard drives would be too far apart even if stacked directly on top of one another, which you couldn't want to do for obvious reasons, so presumably this must only be meant for 2.5" drives that have been mounted extremely close to one another. Unfortunately that was not evident to me and I've never been able to use the cable but because I bought it some time ago in anticipation of some reconfiguration to my system it's far too late to return. (I've since rejigged my system multiple times and never been able to mount drives in a way that it'd be any good to me.)

Perfect for my needs
Excellent for my needs, the clearance I had in my HP Omen desktop unit was extremely limited, standard cable plugs were distorting my side panel, these fit and work fine

This cable is useful in our case of older server boards, in a 2U chassis, does not (slight) block airflow, connected to M.2 adapter (RAID1) boot (surplus) SSDs. And all front hot-swap bays utilized for spinning rust.
