Intex Surf'n Slide

It does not last long, but if you rent one for a kids party, for one day, you pay the same price. We had it for one summer, managed to repair after it got broken meanwhile, we had to pump repeatedly because it was always loosing air slowly, but it worked! It is the fastest, cheapest, and the most compact water slide for a smaller garden on the market. Great fun for kids, we had many parties in the garden last summer, all our friends and own child enjoyed. I will order one for the next summer again, throwing the old broken one into the rubbish bin. If the manufacturer could manage to build a more robust one for a higher price I would definitely buy. All other ones on the market are too bulky.

This was a birthday present for our granddaughter who was 5. At first this proved a really good buy and she used it a good few times over the 6 weeks, however, it then came apart at the base where the "pool" area is and then kept needed to be pumped up as it was losing air. Unfortunately, we are in the process of having to return it, which is no mean feat as the box it came in wasn't kept. This has to be taken to the Hermes shop as they won't collect. I am still waiting for a reply to an email to confirm that return postage will not be charged.

Slightly pricey, but well worth the money with the fun and happiness it brings to the children. It seems pretty sturdy and durable, so I can only hope that if I get a few summers out of this slide, then it will be worth every penny. Lots of fun to be had and adds some excitement to just the usual paddling pool.

I bought this for my 7 & 5 year old during lockdown. They absolutely loved it and played it solidly for a week. Unfortunately it started to fall apart, numerous tears and stress failures have rendered it useless. Gaffer tape and superglue gave a couple more days use but its now in the bin. A real shame because it was probably the best thing we've bought for them. It would be a 5 star product if it was better quality. No response from John Adams that distribute Intex products in the UK. The only other negative is how much water it uses, it's a shame there isn't a pump that recirculates the water.

Just received the slide today and my 3 year old loved it. He could not get enough of it. I used a double action hand pump to inflate. Took a bit if effort but I had it up in 20min. I think I'll be investing in an electric pump.He was sliding down it before I had finished I fling and got the water going.Had the water only on at a trickle and it worked well. It comes with two inflatables.I am very pleased with it, highly recommend it.Two years later, third summer of use and it provides loads of entertainment but it is battered. The circular hoop thing over the top was the first to go - lasted a few days.We got some great flexible plastic repair gum/glue in France which dealt with most holes but we no longer inflate that bit - we cut it off.Smaller kids who had trouble climbing on tended to grip on the flap where water trickles out (along the top of the slide) and they completely ripped it to shreds as they dragged themselves up.Third summer - kids still love it and run up and down it throwing themselves around on it when dry. But now the perimeter inflatable bit has too many holes and the main slide has a slow leak that we cannot find. We may have to finally bin it.I have to say it lasted 2.5 summers, adults went on it, friends and round on it, it was primarily for my boys now aged 5.5 and 2.5. We took very good care of it- drying it and carefully folding back into box for storage (not left out on rainy days), we repaired where we could.I am not looking for a replacement apart from trying something different (bigger) I would get the same one.If the whole thing could be made from bouncy castle material (instead of the main bit) it would last longer - but then would be more expensive.I think older kids might destroy it sooner - I think probably best for 3-7yr olds.All in all well worth the money - hilarious fun, uses less water than a pool, and we connect it to the kitchen tap so warm water was set to a trickle. Very happy kids!

This is the third one we have purchased, the first 2 years ago which lasted a whole summer and then was sadly deflated by the dog. The second we had to send back as did not stay up, thankfully this one is looking as durable as the first.A great purchase given we are stuck at home. Would recommend.The only downside was it took about 1.5 hours to blow up, but been up for 5 days now and hasn’t needed to be Re inflated. Lots of fun.

My 8yr old son loves this, spends at least 2 hours playing, seems to be sturdy enough, I'd definitely recommend, at the moment I can't tell how durable it is as it's only 2 days old but so far so good.

Bought this for my 3 girls during lock down, thought it would keep them busy in the garden, they are aged 3, 6 and 7. We have only had it up a few days but so far it's absolutely fantastic! We used an air compressor to blow it up, as the foot pump was taking a long time. I'm not sure how on earth anyone can fold it back down small enough to fit it back in the box?I'd say this is suitable for children aged 4-10. As my 3.5 year old struggles to climb the back ( and she is quite big for her age), it says there are steps, but it is just a small mat at the back and handles to pull yourself up. She just ends up running up the slide to get to the top, so its fine. I love that you dont need much water to make this work well (as we are on a water metre), you only need a little trickle. Looking forward to lots more days of play on this whilst we Stay at home!***** UPDATE *****......So this was a great slide whilst it lasted, unfortunately the top mouth part very quickly deflated so we had to cut that off as is was irreparable. Then we have had many tears and rips in it. It just seems very easy to rip. Rips can not be fixed and so now it's pretty useless. Such a shame as we were so impressed at first! My children did not play rough on it and we took care when getting it out and putting it away.I would not recommend I'm afraid.

consegna nei tempi. lo scivolo è grande, per gonfiarlo abbiamo usato il compressore. lo abbiamo posizionato in giardino sull'erba. divertimento assicurato per piccoli (e grandi, regge fino a 80kg). il primo giorno lo abbiamo utilizzato con il getto d'acqua della gomma continuamente acceso, ma nei giorni successivi è bastato un getto d'acqua giusto per renderlo scivoloso. la parte finale forma una piscinetta per cui lo scivolo è ancora più divertente se termina in uno "splash"! le 2 tavolette da sorf comprese rendono la scivolata ancora più veloce. eccellente. lo consiglio per chi ha giardino e bambini

The vendor sent us a different version, which had no pump. It was only when we brought this to their attention that they offered a partial refund.One of the seams tore a little after only 3 uses. Patches are provided but they are pretty useless.

Ein riesen Spaß für unsere Kinder. Und ja... Auch für Mama und Papa. Die Rutsche hält locker auch zwei Erwachsene gleichzeitig aus. Allerdings unterstreiche ich gern die Aussage, dass zum Aufbauen definitiv ein kleiner Kompressor ne spitzen Idee ist. Ansonsten wird Papa schnell zum "Schnaufi".
