Excellent kit and the bag keeps it all together

Very good set for lifting blocks The blocks could last half a season if at a good level. If you’re a weekend warrior it might last a whole season. The tape was good and didn’t unravel. Adds good support for the leg to those who lift. Decent value for money but if gets wet then might degrade quicker.

Good quality gear, I didn't have much need for the draws tring bag but was a nice addition to the bundle

I would wrap the blocks with the electrical tape first as the white tape is so sticky which is perfect for staying on in rugby however when trying to take it off the blocks it can tear them but overall its its amazing.

I’ve been trying to find a lifting tape and blocks with the tape not being too sticky on the skin and this lifting kit is great because not only is the tape not too sticky on the skin but also also the lifting blocks are stiff which means they’ll hopefully last longer than the softer Ones I have purchased previously
