It’s such a good brand and blend of magnesium. I was taking Perque Mg Plus guard but I find this has superior types of magnesium. Since I started taking it, I have had vivid dreams every night. It’s like a free show lol

Highly Recommend
This was recommended by my Naturopath. I’ve been taking it for over a year +. It agrees with my body very well and is very effective yet still gentle enough for my needs. I have sensitive system and very pleased how this works for me. I believe it is a really good quality product. All of our bodies are so different so what works for me may not work for you. That said I highly recommend it!

I’m loyal to this brand and so happy to see they are now selling on Amazon. I’ve never had issues with any of their products, quite the opposite honestly. I’ve used many of their products that work so well for me only to have to have to find a sub par replacement when it gets discontinued so with that, I hesitate in starting any new products with them because of that. I started this because of migraines for the last 9 months and in hopes of getting some relief I started this, I wasn’t able to take this long enough to notice a difference because it gave me a headache ( different than what’s normal for me) I took it before bed and about an hr afterward my head would start to ache and then it would be there when I woke up. I tried this for about 4 nights to see if it was something else or if my body would get used to it but it just didn’t. I really wanted to love this product like all the others but I can’t. Regardless, it’s a good clean product and I’d recommended this brand always.
