for me
This book was really good. I love Soren and vi together. They were so cute. I love the ending and can’t wait to see more of the couple. I love the side characters. Like the story gave you just enough to be interested in their books without adding too much where it gets annoying. Would recommend this book. Love the story, loved the spice. Great book. 4/5

Really Good
This story was cute, funny, and to the point. I like when characters just evolve and mesh together. There's no over the top drama or huge drawn out breakup. It's just the two characters building their own path and talking out their issues.

Vi & Soren
Soren came to Vi's rescue... even if she didn't want it at all.Hooked from the beginning. Vi, the strong willed, stubborn girl who needs no one, even if she secretly likes how Soren is protective over her. Soren, protective alpha trying to fight his feelings for Vi.The story between Vi & Soren was really good... all the angst, push/pull.. drama.. to tenderness and heat.I've always loved Nikki Halls writing style... can't wait for the next one!.I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Soren and Vi's fake to real romance
Soren had decided to swear off women this football season but unbeknownst to him Vi was going to sweep into his life. They decided to have a fake relationship to help them both but things started change and when it became real her secret threatened their happiness. Read to see what happens to them.Love me a hot football player and his girlfriend that doesn't put up with his crap or anyone elses.I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

3.5 Stars
Typical fake dating/sports romance. The H & h are non-problematic, especially since he needed the image help. It could have had a bit more drama and a lot more spice. Slow burn, very slow build-up, I was starting to think It would never happen.

Great!
Wow, this storyline just pulls you in from the get go. Thought the characters were fantastic as Vi is strong willed, sassy with the deep heart who really wants what Soren is offering, his protective nature. Enjoyed their banter as this quasi fake couple really go through a lot together and come out on the other side. Very surprised as this is a first time author for me, and will be looking forward to more.I am voluntarily leaving a review for this book that I received free.

This is a good solid read with all the feels and heat!
This is my first book from author Nikki Hall and I am happy I found her. Rule Breaker is the story of Soren Brehm, the star tight end football player for his college team working hard so he will be drafted by the NFL. Soren comes from money and status but never lets it show and although football is his chosen goal, his parents, who are footing the bill for his tuition and living expenses, want him to study business and join his father’s company. One night he gets a call to help a friend who is at a party. His friend wants him to sneak out a woman named Vi Malone, a feisty college student majoring in kinesiology and sports medicine, from the party after she hurt the arm of one of the football players who would not take no for an answer. After Soren helps rescue Vi from the frat house party, he asks for her help by pretending to be his girlfriend to get his parents off his back, so they agree that Vi will pose as his girlfriend and move in with him and he will protect her from the football player who has decided to teach her a lesson for almost breaking his arm. Their backgrounds are worlds apart, he is from a family that is well beyond rich and entitled and his parents are like ice to him, always trying to force him to join the family business and give up this football nonsense; and Vi’s never gotten past the loss of her mother, and her brothers are overbearing and protective of her, smothering her with their love. The characters are well-developed, and the author juxtaposes their divergent backgrounds well, so they play off each other. Their foibles and work ethics complement one another, while their chemistry is combustible whenever they touch. This is a good solid read with all the feels and heat!

Just perfect
I freaking loved this book. Seriously Voren was everything you wanted in a romance book. No random annoyance of some other girl playing interference. Just the two of them being in perfect bliss while they had a random target on their backs from a background character. It was the perfect mix of sass and fun.
