The Clays replacement filters 8 pcs are individually packaged. The filters are easy to install and fit perfectly in my fountain. Since using this product, it is really significant improvement in the quality of the water in the fountain. It has also helped to reduce the buildup of harmful bacteria, ensuring that my pet has access to clean and fresh water at all times.

I am giving these filters two stars only because it is next to impossible to order them, and when they are available, they are expensive and take a very long time to arrive because they are shipped from China. They do fit the water bowl very well, but when you can't get them, it makes the water bowl filtering useless. I ended up ordering a different water bowl and hopefully the filters for it won't be difficult to reorder.

These are excellent OEM filters from Ciays for my Ciays cat water fountain. They fit well and my cats continue to be very happy with the fountain and new filters.

I love Ciays water fountains. I have 2 of them and this one is for the 70.4 ounce one. These last 3 weeks each and I've ran out of mine for the last 2 months and needed more so these came just in time. It comes with 8, and each one lasts 3 weeks so that's 26 weeks that this will last. You have to wash it with cold water being using so the change filter light doesn't stay on and installing it is just placing it inside the water bowl super easy!
