If not fully dissolved then solution will clog all but the largest diameter spray nozzle

If you need a spray rather than a jet you will be disappointed. ACF-50 is too viscous unless either pre-warmed or diluted with thinner. I use petrol. In cold weather you need to dilute 50:50 or even weaker to get a spray.

Q: Can the nozzle be adjusted through from a fine spray to a single jet

Yes. I use mine for cleaning the washing machine when the drawer is removed using it as a jet. I also used it to rinse our shower with the spray mist, because we only had a fixed shower head.
