1. Doesn't have cool button. 2 speeds are there - Both are heat options. I assumed one button will be cool one. But yeah for this low price, i think i should expect only heat option. 2. Works well and light weight.

Has been a year and still works fine. So thought, I will let you guys know it's durable. Portable and easy to carry as well.
