Love it
Baby loves the cheeks with lights. She falls asleep playing with the monkey. Learned to fall asleep on her own.

pretty good!
We had the Ikea monitors for 8 years before they died, mostly with the help of our two year old jamming things into the charge port. I bought these hoping they'd be as good or better than the Ikea ones. They work fine. I'm not sure they go the same distance the other ones could reach, but it's close. The sound is great and they're constantly on, which is better than the Ikea ones which went on and off every few seconds, probably to save power. Which brings me to the most annoying part: they don't last very long without needing a charge. For the most part this isn't an issue. We use it mostly in the bedroom when the baby is sleeping. But, for the times that we need it mobile, it doesn't last very long. Perhaps it's long enough for one or two use/naps, but we could go weeks on the old Ikea unit's charge. So, it's just part of the process to plug it in after every use now. Still, I'm happy with it.

Great for the money
I love this little monitor! It works really well, picks up on the smallest noises and is so portable making it great for traveling or simply bringing it to someone else’s house. We see my parents multiple times in the summer and this is the best thing to bring. Range is also really good. The whole monitor is cute, lullaby music plays really well, I love that there’s a timer so it doesn’t run all night or have to turn it off ourselves. Its nightlight feature is relatively dim which is good and bad at the same time because while it’s great to have a little light it’s really not much unless the room is super dark. The only downside I would give it would be that the receiver runs out of battery quicker than I would’ve hoped but it’s not that big of a deal to plug the cord In. I highly recommend this cute guy to anyone looking for a sound only monitor with different features.

Eh
Baby monitor is eh, ok. Neither the receiver or the handheld hold a battery charge long maybe a day? I was bummed too that you couldn't talk to baby. But baby does like that the monkey lights up and plays lullabies. If you are looking for inexpensive and don't mind keeping them plugged in most of the time this will work great for you

Lifesaver!
We have a high-tech camera for our house but needed a travel one. It works wonderfully and I love all the options for sounds. GREAT value for money. We honestly use this at the house now because our other camera can only be heard if you have the app on your phone open.

Had to replace, never held a charge
This monitor never held a reasonable charge, and having to find places to plug it in constantly to prevent its obnoxious chirping added a whole level of unnecessary annoyance to the newborn months. Was looking for basic and economical but having to replace it when it stopped charging altogether at 7 months of use made it just as expensive as a higher end option.

Lifesaver when wifi goes out
Our wifi went out one night so our Nanit was basically worthless. We didn't know until the morning when we woke up surprised we slept through the whole night (we have no idea if our baby did as well given the lack of connection). We immediately bought an audio monitor (not this one), which had crazy loud background noise coming through so we returned it and ordered this one and it is amazing. No background, we hear him as if he were in the room with us but only when he is crying or whining. The only MINOR complaint is that the battery life when not plugged in is not great.
