Cute, cute, cute!
This is the cutest Christmas banner... I’ve recently started getting into the whole burlap banner thing. I think it just completes my window for the holidays. First of all let me say that this company is absolutely wonderful to work with. The first banner I received, had what looked like part of another letter stamped on the back of the letter “R”. It was extremely noticeable, especially when the light hit it. I was so disappointed! I had received an email from this company asking how I liked the product. It didn’t appear to be one of those computer generated emails either. Once I finally got around to hanging it and noticed the mishap on the back, I emailed the company back and let them know. This was a Saturday and didn’t expect to hear back till Monday like usual when you email on the weekend. However, not too long after, I was emailed back and they informed me that they’re sending a new one out! Just like that... done! Jan, the woman I dealt with said that I would get it by Wednesday but lo and behold, today is Monday and I got it today! How awesome is that?!! They couldn’t have been more accommodating and friendly! Awesome experience! I LOVE this banner, it’s made well and though yes the strings are on the shorter side, it wasn’t an issue for me and it would’ve been real easy to fix if it was! The letters are stamped centered and the red is a nice deep red, not burgundy but a deep red! I would highly recommend this banner!! 👍🏻
