After checking with the seller if the dryer works with 240V they answered their stock is 240V. When the dryer arrived it says on the box 120V. So it is useless for me. Seller might changed the description now - however shipped knowingly the wrong product.

It was a big disappointment the voltage is too high in the uae. I bought it thinking it has dual motor but it doesnt, you need to buy a transporter to make it work

The plug of the hair dryer does not work in Dubai. It works in the US only.

It is worse product it has boom, the switch is different than our country UAE bad

This is an awesome product. I was a bit skeptical about paying so much for a hair styler, but I got it for 50% off on Black Friday. I was very surprised at how great it worked on my hair - I have curly hair that just gets frizzy if I don't do anything to it. I always used a blow dryer brush, straightening iron, and curling iron to do my hair. I can tell you that the paddle brush attachment smooths my hair out so well (and fast too) - I don't even need a straightening iron any more. The round brush attachment makes great waves if you want a bouncier look. It took me a few trys to master the curling attachments (there is a left and right attachment) - but once I got the hang of it, it became very easy to use. I am very happy with my purchase - definitely worth the investment!

If you have thick hair this machine will probably drive you mad like it does me. The round brush attachment literally pops off mid use from trying to blow out pieces of my hair. I’ve had 2 cheap blow out brushes off Amazon and because they’re a full piece / non detachable this was never a problem. However I found the cheaper ones smelt like they were going to catch fire and caused a lot of hair damage. The curl wands are nice but it is annoying having to swap left and right instead of just switching directions with a button like the Dyson air wrap. The device often overheats before I am done drying my hair and auto shuts off leading me to think it’s broken. Asked for a return after 30 days but it was too late. Still use it. I enjoy it for a next day hair retouch. If I had the option to purchase again I would do so off the website so you get a proper warranty. Works better on women with thin hair. I have wavy hair medium thickness just past my shoulders and it’s not quite doing it for me.

The Shark FlexStyle really surprised me. It dries my hair fast, leaves it smooth and shiny, and I love that I can straighten, add volume, or create waves with just one tool. It’s practical, easy to use, and feels gentle on my hair. The only downside is that the curls don’t always last long, but for everyday styling and a nice blowout, it works great.
