Absolutely love this easy to make satay sauce! Prompt delivery, packaged well with a long shelf-life!

Incredible!! I used chicken thighs cut up into chunks and cooked in the air fryer 220° for 13 minutes and didn’t use skewers because there’s no point, just dipped each piece using a fork, simple and mess free. Soooo simple. Just us 1 can of coconut milk, 1/4 of it to mix with the first packet and then marinate the chicken chunks for an hour. Then use the remaining 3/4 of the can in a saucepan with the second packet to make the sauce. Easy peasy and definitely restaurant quality, possibly better because the chicken thighs make it juicier.
