Great product with a nice combination & dosage of NAC & ALA you don't often get together. I appreciated only taking one pill instead of two and it complimented the other multi-vitamins I was talking at the time. Ended up switching to another product when my dosage needs went up but I'd definitely recommend this one if it hits your goals - it helped to boost my energy and mood!
