Love The taste , but doesn’t seem to go as far as the tablets do

Even though summer is over, I find that after indulging at Christmas, I sweat during my workouts, especially the high intensity ones. During the warmer months, I always have an electrolyte drink to replenish myself but these can get expensive buying each bottle 500ml. I decided to try this powder as a replacement and I love it. The blackcurrant flavour is refreshing after really pushing yourself and its great value for money. The mixing works better using a whisk so it doesn’t clump and tastes best with very cold chilled water. It is recommended to use 40g of power for 500ml so you get around 12 servings, however, I find a weaker dose works just as well and makes the drink last longer. I always drink this after a workout but will mix one up midway through if I am feeling weak for an extra boost and it really does give you a little boost to push you through. Overall, would definitely recommend- it isn’t to everyone’s taste (my partner said it leaves a powdery chalk taste) but its worth it if you prefer an un-carbonated replenishing drink.

I have never tried this in the past but was struggling to order Gatorade so I ordered this and have used it a few times and I think it’s better than Gatorade

Despite my prior concerns about taste, I tried it (I got the lemon, lime flavor) and it's like a sweet bitter lemonade, as someone with PoTs it's extremely important I have LOTS of electrolytes so I drink at least 2l of this a day but usually around 4. I personally found it a little hard to resolve the powder at first but worked out if I "sprinkle" the powder on the surface of the water while stirring it dissolves almost instantly which is a massive positive. Even when I get a little bit of unmixed powder It just tastes like sherbert, so I'm really not bothered. My only improvement would be being able to get this in bigger tubs, as I know a lot of people with PoTs get electrolytes powder (especially ones that are good value like this) and need a lot more than the average consumer

Good quality product. Flavour nice and can feel the energy boost after consuming.
