It’s a great glue it sticks on great!!

There is not a bad thing I can say about this glue, which is impressive given the circumstance. First of all, I'm speaking to professionals, not people planning on doing this to themselves (a crazy idea - your eyes will burn like hell). I work in several different salons in southern Florida where it's more humid, and sometimes do my friends in their homes. I carry a thermometer that also provides a humidity read and this glue works within a wide window of temperature ranges. Due to the humidity debate, I just haven't paid much attention because trying to control humidity is more than I'm interested in at this point, especially when there is no consensus among pros about whether humidity even matters. That being said, my clients have really good retention. I still have times now and then when a client seems to lose them rather quickly, but not very often at all. It's more common to see one eye losing more than another, maybe because of sleeping on that side of their face, but after months of use in many different environments, this glue is pretty darn consistent. I really want my clients to feel like they are getting a top quality service with a long lasting glue, and a glue that is latex and formaldehyde free with super retention. This glue fits that bill for me. Updated April 22, 2019. Still using this glue. Still having excellent results and retention. I still try other glues on occasion to keep current with new products, but this glue is my trusty go-to.

This glue is definitely not meant for your lashes. I couldn't open my eyes because the glue was too strong to be around the eyes. It's literally black crazy glue, it smells like it and dries quickly like it.

ONE OF MY FAV LASH GLUE TO USE

I was so excited to try this, I normally use the clear glue and it works wonders and has the best retention most of my clients would come back for fills every 4 weeks and they would still have a good amount of lashes, so I had super high hopes for this one since it’s the same brand, and I’ve been wanting to try a black one since with the clear sometimes if my clients wear eye makeup the makeup is hard to get off the glue and it’s noticeable, so with the black it makes it not as noticeable. But I was kind of disappointed, I have one client who comes to me every 6 weeks for a fill and she had to come back exactly 2 weeks after getting her set done the glue didn’t last like I was hoping for since it’s a glue made for volume lashes you would think it would hold but yeah that wasn’t the case. I will continue my search for a black glue for better retention.

I have ordered this glue three times. My experience as been well with this glue. Most important thing I could say is, you MUST work in the right elements with this glue. The right elements are on the package. I did buy a humidifier! Works great with this glue and going on the lashes with ease. Sticks and holds almost instantly! However, not working in the elements the glue requires, glue will have a very hard time adhering to the natural lash. Every glue has it's own elements it works best in. Also side not glue is very strong in fumes but a fan going keeps the fumes at Bay. Because this is a good retention glue,(yet not 6-8wks.) More like 4wks. Still great. Fumes will be strong with any good retention glue!Great results happy clients, not for sensitive clients though...high risk for reaction.

Well as an amateur I can confirm that this stuff is definitely for professionals only, it works so quickly and well and also has a odor you don’t want to inhale by trying to do it yourself.

The glue holds pretty well but def about 3-5 sec drying time. I do not think I will be purchasing again unfortunately. Two of my clients complained about irritable eyes the next day which has never happened.UPDATE: so I have used the glue for about a month now and def will not be purchasing again! The retention rate is horrible! Clients have complained of lashes coming off within a week! Have since switched glue and haven’t had any issues! Maybe good for practicing but not good for experienced lash techs!
