Must Buy!
I work in municipal government and we have to have this book in house if we are ever questioned on the current laws. We have referred to it several times and I love it. Paper product all the way.

Great Price Acceptable Printing Quality
The IBC code came as advertised at a very reasonable price. Previous editions I have bought may have had better quality control in the printing than this one. There appeared to be some printing bleed over from what appeared to be the previous pages. This occurred on a few pages here and there were the ink may not have fully dried before binding the book. However, the book is quite legible and will do the job. The price for my code more than outweighs any issues with the printing not being perfect.

Heavily discounted due to poor quality...
This is normally valued at over $100 so the fact that the binding is garbage is negligible. However the images show the condition of the binding after 3 days. If you are hard on books this book wont last. I am not so it is still in pretty good condition after two reads.

Just like the version you can get a bookstore
This book came completely wrapped and unlike other reviews shows no signs of being a knockoff version. We are very happy we purchased through Amazon and not a bookstore due to convenience.

Good place to buy books
As a registered architect, this book is a must for working in jurisdictions that have adopted the 2018 codes. Price was better than other places I searched, and it arrived fast. Thanks again.
