I love these stress balls because they aren’t a weird foamy material, they feel like a cool gel squishy! I really like the softer pink one because it still has enough resistance to use as a stress ball and it’s soft enough to just relax and squeeze.

These worked very well for regaining hand dexterity after surgery, Highly recomend.

Since I received these balls, I carried one of them in my pocket giving me the opportunity to put it out and do my hand exercises as necessary. Size and weight are beneficial.
