No, the bits aren't small enough. I'd recommend an eyeglasses kit, this is a great bit of kit as a glovebox item though.

The bits themselves are probably not magnetic, the screwdriver itself probably is. in my experience with any magnetic screwdrivers, the screwdriver unit has a magnet inside, this magnet touches the bit when inserted and temporarily magnatises said bit until it is removed from the screwdriver unit. Therefore in the literal sense, the bit is not magnetic.
