Non-stick that actually works and does not wear off. The only bread pans I will use.
I am a repeat buyer of USA Pan loaf pans. Their nonstick works well, better than the budget pans with thin coating that does not last. The only way to damage these is by using a hard sharp metal instrument on the surface, but because they simply turn out the breads you will never need to slice that bread inside the pan (and gentle use of the back of a rounded non-serrated butter knife won't harm the coating if you absolutely are not inclined to remove the bread to slice it.) BUT - as a "Pro tip" - breads cut fine when turned out and typically should cool at least a few minutes to let the steam inside do it's thing before slicing, but if you insist on out-of-the-oven-warm, let the bread sit in the pan for 5-10 minutes, then turn out on a cutting board, THEN slice. The particular size 8 x 4.5 x 2.75 works well for me for weekly bakes of bread for toast for one or two people. (I also have the larger 9' pan which is great for bigger sourdough loaves, and both the pans are perfect for the baking capacity I need - smaller for breads for one or two, the larger for company. Shape of the pans is perfect for loaves for toast or sandwiches. These cost a bit more than the budget pans but they do not wear like those cheap ones, so you don't have to replace your loaf pans after a few bakes - the coating and construction is real value for the money. The finish and appearance are nice, the silvery finish also wears well. These pans kind of "self-season" to a slightly golden color over time, which does not affect their nonstick qualities in any way. If I was a first-time baker I'd invest in at least one or two of these because of their quality, sturdiness and overall fit for purpose.

Amazing quality
I’ve been baking homemade bread for years, and this USA Pan loaf pan has completely won me over. The first thing I noticed is how solid it feels — not flimsy or lightweight like some other pans I’ve tried. It’s made from heavy-duty aluminized steel, so it heats evenly and gives my loaves a beautiful golden crust every single time. The nonstick coating is honestly impressive. My banana bread and sandwich loaves pop right out with zero effort, and cleanup takes all of 30 seconds with just a quick rinse and wipe. I also really appreciate the ridged surface — it helps prevent sticking and gives the bottom of the bread that professional, bakery-style look. One small note: it’s a bit heavier than a standard nonstick pan, but that’s exactly what makes it feel so durable. I expect this thing to last for years. Overall, this pan has turned my home baking from “good enough” to “wow, did you really make that yourself?” If you bake bread even occasionally, it’s absolutely worth it.

Perfect! Best pans ever!
I can't say enough how much I love all my USA Pans. I began with pie plates because I wanted the crust on my pies to brown; the pans worked great! Thought I'd see if the loaf pans would work their magic on my bread loaves. Absolutely beautiful results. These pans are so well made; heavy, sturdy and non-stick. No need to grease the pans at all. They are well worth the purchase price. I'll definitely be adding more of these pans to my collection!

Best bakeware out there
This is the best bakeware you can get, in my opinion. It should be washed by hand (not in a dishwasher) and dried immediately. If you treatment this bakeware correctly, it will last forever. I bought these pans for my grown daughters and they love them as much as I do. The bread loaf sizes get a workout during the holidays and are a dream to cook with. They bake evenly, and if cleaned appropriately should not rust or turn sticky. They're also worth every cent you pay for them. Number one in my book. I have replaced most of my old bakeware with this brand. Great quality.

My New Nonstick Bread Pan — with butter and gusto)
Bon appétit, my dears! Let me tell you, I have spent decades of my culinary life coaxing loaves from stubborn tins, wielding spatulas like swords, and gently whispering sweet nothings to loaves in the hopes they might release themselves intact. But then—ah!—along came this nonstick bread pan, and sacré bleu! what a revelation! From the very first use, I was seduced by its clean, dark finish and sturdy construction. It is not flimsy or feeble like those dreadful little pans you buy on a whim and regret forever. No, no—this one feels like a proper culinary instrument. You can trust it. Now, here’s the truly divine part: I buttered the pan out of habit (old habits die hard, and I do adore butter), but truth be told, I needn’t have bothered. My pain de mie slipped out with the ease of a well-turned crêpe. Magnifique! The crust was golden, evenly browned, and ever so gently crisp—the kind of crust that crunches softly under the knife and then yields to a tender, pillowy interior. Clean-up, my friends, was positively dreamy. A mere wipe with a cloth, a rinse, and voilà!—good as new. I didn’t even break a nail. If I must quibble, and I do so only as a devoted servant of culinary truth, I’d say the pan runs a smidge hot—do keep a wary eye in those last few baking minutes. But once you’ve made its acquaintance, I suspect you’ll adapt, as all good cooks must. In sum: This nonstick bread pan is a marvel. A revelation. A quiet miracle in sheet-metal form. Whether you’re baking honey-wheat, brioche, or a good old-fashioned white loaf for sandwiches and smiles, this pan is your new best friend. And remember, my darlings: No one is born a great baker—one learns by loafing! With love, and lashings of butter, Julia 🧈🍞

The product came in defected. But must admit that it was a good size. The quality isn't the same as the others usa pans that I bought.
