I went back and forth about buying this couch. I bought it a little after black friday deals during which a lot of my local furniture stores were selling sectionals for a few hundred more than what I paid for this couch. I ended up choosing this one for the value of it. I utilized the $200 coupon and went ahead and purchased it. First of all, as others have mentioned, the first box arrived separately and days before the rest of the couch which kind of throws you off considering Amazon says the package is arriving on x date and the rest arrives on y, so if you were trying to plan around the package arriving so you don't leave a bunch of boxes on your porch while you're not home, you may be sorely mistaken when one box of 7 arrives and the rest comes 2 days later. As far as customer service goes, I reached out to Linsy Home via an email before I bought, trying to figure out the specific differences between the styles and listings and heard nothing back. I ended up figuring it out anyway, but it would have been nice to hear something back from a company that I was about to pay over a grand to. I could go to a restaurant and find out what they fry their samosas in faster than I could get answers from Linsy, and the samosas would be under 10 bucks. So now we get into the product of it. The assembly was not a crazy daunting task, if you can assemble a set of Legos you can assemble this couch for sure. I would recommend being able to lift over 50 pounds a few time. Total assembly time with two guys took about an hour. The cushions are labelled with a sticker saying it will take 72 hours for reinflation as they come vacuum packed. No big deal. The cushions themselves are decent, firm but not too firm as advertised, but overall the build quality of the couch leaves a little to be desired and some of the interlocking sections feel a little loose as they are not fastened by anything other than a vertical peg resting in a slot, so the backs of some chairs wiggle as well as the armrests. Overall, I'd be cautious of buying this and maybe consider saving up a few extra bucks and going to a local furniture store which offers all in one delivery and assembly to the customer. Perhaps the value of a dollar has changed and I'm not used to what 1300 dollars should get anymore, but this feels a lot more like a 6-800 dollar couch than the premium it currently commands.

I chose this brand because the size of the ottomans (the basic unit) fit my space. It was very easy to assemble, looks good and is comfortable. The storage is great. It requires simple removal of pillows and a seat board but provides lots of storage. Once it is assembled and the pieces connected it is not movable without removing the connectors so play with the layout before making the final connections. You can still unconnect, move and reconnect but it is more work.

There's a lot of good to be said about this couch. First off, the couch arrived a full week early, which was awesome. Total wait time from order to delivery was about 5 or so days. It was easy to get inside by myself, as it came in 7 separate boxes, with the heaviest feeling about 50-60 pounds. Actual construction of the couch took about 2 hours with the help of my toddler, so if you're doing it alone I reckon about 1 hour. The process was dead simple and anyone can do it. The instructions were in the box that contained the arms. As far as comfort goes, this is definitely 4/5 on the firmness scale, so if you don't like firm couches you may want to consider that. I myself am not typically a fan of firm furniture, but I still find this to be quite comfortable, so take that as you will. The biggest reason I bought the couch was the storage space, as I have two babies with a lot of stuff, and a very small living room. The storage gets a 10/10 from me. As far as build quality goes, it feels very high quality, but only time will tell. Customer service is excellent as well. My initial shipment was missing one of the brackets used to hold the chair sections together and support got back to me very quickly and immediately sent me two additional brackets. Overall I highly recommend this couch, especially considering the price point. I've only found similar couches for 2.5k+

I opened the bags to the cushions and got a very strong odor of what smells like fish. I had to take the covers off and put them in the plastic bag to get ready to be washed. The couch covers/cushions have my basement smelling like a fish market. The cushion for the back rest is very flimsy. Feels like a feather filled pillow several years old. When you sit the cushion upright, you can see (in the first photo) that it doesn’t sit up sturdy and flat to the rest. It curls up. The assembly was very smooth and easy to do. If you’re a big person whether tall or overweight, this may not be the choice for you. The seat fits very low with the standard seat pegs. The back piece is connected by a bracket so if you’re heavy weighted, it’s only a matter of time before it causes damage. Now I have to figure out how to return 7 huge boxes because I don’t think I want to open the others seeing what I have seen and smelled this far.

As a family of 4 , with 2 young kids and a dog, we love this modular sectional...and the price! The quality seems great so far. It came with many boxes! Took a while to put together fully, but it wasn't too hard. The color is more of a blue grey than dark grey in my opinion, but that's not an issue for us. It's on the firm side but still comfy. I love that the covers are washable (I have not washed them yet). The mobility is awesome--We love to rearrange the couch in different ways! The storage is amazing!!! All of our family games, extra blankets or pillows are stored. My husband is tall (6'3), he feels that he hangs over the top while sitting,so we plan to order the headrest for him. This couch looks more expensive than it really is and has held up well for 3 months of use for us. Overall, very happy with our purchase and hoping it lasts a few years!

First the pros: The couch came all at once which was nice. It was easy to assemble. My boyfriend did it by himself while I was moving in boxes from my car. It’s a nice color that is easy to incorporate into the space and decor we have. It can be rearranged really easily and can be made into a guest bed quickly if needed. The storage has been a LIFESAVER living in a tiny apartment. Onto the cons: Not very comfortable for “couch napping”, which for me, is unfortunate because I am a serial napper. I would recommend getting some sort of pillow topper for guests if you need this as a guest bed option like we do as we live in a 2 bd apt and only have the couch for guests. It does not stand up to cats who refuse to use cat scratchers 🙃 Overall, it’s not a bad option for a starter couch in a tiny apartment, but if I had money to spend on a couch I would definitely look somewhere else.

I brought this couch(6 seater dark grey) about 2 years ago wasn’t sure about it reviews was mixed I just ordered another 6 seater to fill my living room and I love the couch we have 5 kids and it hold up and lots of storage I tell everyone about it 😍😍

Bought this couch roughly two years ago and have mostly only good things to say about it. My last couch was so soft you’d sit in it and sink which was comfortable but annoying to get out of. This couch doesn’t have that issue. You sit on the cushions not inside them. But it’s not so firm that is uncomfortable. I actually sleep on this couch a lot and it’s really comfortable! The couch is surprising good quality for the amount of money you pay. Couches now cost thousands and I was hesitant to buy a couch on Amazon I could try out but it’s awesome! It won’t be the most comfy but for its price it’s more than comfortable enough. The issues I have are: - the material on the couch cushions pills REALLY easily. I removed the pills and they were back within a few days. - Additionally some of the cushions are mishapened so the gaps in between the cushions look wonky - Lastly, because the couch can be configured in different ways, the cushions move around a ton when I sleep on them.
